In this training, you will prepare for professional practice, gaining the knowledge and confidence to offer Reiki treatments to others in a structured and ethical way. You will learn how to work with the sacred Reiki symbols and mantras, the tools that enhance the flow of energy and allow you to focus on emotional, mental, and spiritual healing. You will also be introduced to the practice of distance healing, enabling you to send Reiki across time and space to support yourself and others beyond physical presence.
Alongside practical techniques, you will deepen your awareness of Reiki’s philosophy and strengthen your intuitive approach, discovering how intention and alignment can profoundly influence healing outcomes.
You will also receive your Level Two attunement from Reiki Master Teacher, Katy - an initiation that further opens your energy channels and empowers you to work with Reiki on a more advanced level.
By the end of this course, you will have the skills to confidently use Reiki symbols, perform distance healing, and support the energetic, emotional, and mental well-being of both yourself and others.

Welcome! I’m delighted to have you here. As your teacher and main point of contact throughout your studies, I’d like to take a moment to introduce myself and share a little about the work that has shaped these courses. For many years, I have dedicated my practice to supporting others through energy healing treatments and spiritual self-care, helping clients achieve and maintain holistic balance in mind, body, and spirit. My approach integrates both traditional and contemporary techniques, ensuring a grounded yet expansive understanding of energetic wellness. Alongside my healing practice, I am an experienced Reiki Master Teacher (Shinpiden, Level 4) offering accredited practitioner training in Reiki Levels 1 & 2, both in-person and online. I’m also the creator of The Energy Anatomy - a comprehensive online foundation course designed to explore the structure and function of the human energy system. This course forms the cornerstone of a growing collection of holistic training programmes curated to empower students in their personal and professional development. My background includes qualifications and training in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Sound Therapy, Tai Chi, and Holistic Massage - disciplines that all contribute to my integrative approach to energy work and well-being. At the heart of my philosophy lies a simple belief: when we understand the energetic systems that shape us, we can transform how we experience ourselves, our environment, and one another. Through this awareness, true healing and alignment become possible. I’m genuinely excited to guide you on this journey of self discovery and professional growth.
