Hi, thank you for visiting my online classes and courses. I'd love to briefly introduce myself as your teacher and point of contact through your study. I have been providing energy healing treatments and spiritual self care services to my clients for a number of years, to not only support, but maintain all aspects of holistic health and well-being. In addition to this, I provide practitioner training in Reiki for both levels 1 & 2, in-person and online. I'm also incredibly excited and proud to present, 'The Energy Anatomy', an online foundation course that I have curated to explore the composition & functions of the human energy body. My training includes Master level 4 (Shinpiden) Reiki Practitioner & Teacher, Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Sound Therapy, Yoga (YTT200) and Holistic Massage. I am all about aiding the body as best we can from a natural and holistic approach. It is my belief that a comprehensive understanding of our energy system, is fundamental to our awareness of how we process and interact with our environment, ourselves and one another - all of which contribute massively to our health and well-being. I'm so excited you're here and I really hope I can take you with me on a path of learning and discovery as I share my knowledge with you!
