With a lifelong passion for movement, I began my career as a professional dancer and fitness instructor, teaching everything from high impact cardio to complex choreographed studio classes. After many years of leading high energy formats such as aerobics and spin, my focus has since shifted. I found myself drawn to slower, more intentional practices that emphasise flow, awareness, and working from the inside out. This evolution inspired me to create Ener-Chi - a unique blend of Tai Chi, Qigong and Reiki principles. As a fully insured, professionally qualified fitness instructor registered with CIMSPA, I bring a wealth of experience across many disciplines, now channelled into helping students connect more deeply with both body and mind.

Your well-being is my priority. Ener-Chi is designed as a gentle, mindful practice suitable for most fitness levels, but it may not be appropriate for everyone.
