As your teacher and main point of contact throughout your studies, I’d like to take a moment to introduce myself and share a little about the work that has shaped these courses. For many years, I have dedicated my practice to supporting others through energy healing treatments and spiritual self-care, helping clients achieve and maintain holistic balance in mind, body, and spirit. My approach integrates both traditional and contemporary techniques, ensuring a grounded yet expansive understanding of energetic wellness. Alongside my healing practice, I am an experienced Reiki Master Teacher (Shinpiden, Level 4) offering accredited practitioner training in Reiki Levels 1 & 2, both in-person and online. I’m also the creator of The Energy Anatomy - a comprehensive online foundation course designed to explore the structure and function of the human energy system. This course forms the cornerstone of a growing collection of holistic training programmes curated to empower students in their personal and professional development. My background includes qualifications and training in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Sound Therapy, Tai Chi, and Holistic Massage - disciplines that all contribute to my integrative approach to energy work and well-being. At the heart of my philosophy lies a simple belief: when we understand the energetic systems that shape us, we can transform how we experience ourselves, our environment, and one another.
